# The Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2023, Rule 8: Amendment of rule 26


(1) Rule 26 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (a)—
(a) after sub-paragraph (i) omit “or”;
(b) at the end omit “and” and insert—
“, or
(iii) of an application by the Secretary of State under Schedule 4A to the 1981 Act, and”.
