(a)

in paragraph 1, for “Community”, substitute “United Kingdom”;

(b)

in paragraph 3, for “Community legislation”, substitute “retained EU law”;

(c)

for paragraph 4, substitute—

“4.

Exemptions from paragraph 1 may be prescribed when it is possible to obtain the guarantees referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article in another manner.”.
