Regulation 36 Amendment of Regulation (EC) 854/2004

at the beginning, for the first paragraph, substitute—

“Without prejudice to the general application of Article 17(1), implementing measures and amendments to Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 may be prescribed by the appropriate authority to specify—”;

in paragraph 13, for “Community”, substitute “National”;

in paragraph 16, for “Commission”, substitute “appropriate authority”.
