in paragraph 4, for “Member States” substitute “The appropriate authority” and, in both places in which it occurs, omit “national”;

(b)

in paragraph 5—

(i)

in point (b)(ii), omit “, in accordance with national law,”;

(ii)

in point (c)—

(aa)

for “Member States” substitute “The appropriate authority”;

(bb)

omit “national” and “situated on their territory”.
