in paragraph 1, for “Community”, substitute “United Kingdom”;

(b)

for paragraph 2 substitute—

“2.

Certificates must be drawn up in English or in English and Welsh and those languages of the third country in which the border inspection takes place, or be accompanied by a certified translation into that language or languages.”;

(c)

in paragraph 3, for “Community”, substitute “United Kingdom”.
