  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order confers legal capacity and grants immunities and privileges to the Square Kilometre Array Observatory, its representatives, experts and members of staff.\nThis Order gives effect to the Articles of Annex A (Protocol on Privileges and Immunities of the Square Kilometre Array Observatory) of the Convention establishing the Square Kilometre Array Observatory done in Rome on 12th March 2019 (CP154).",
