# The State Aid (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 6: Approval of aid under Article 93, 106(2) or 107(2)


In considering whether to approve aid under Article 93, 106(2) or 107(2) of the TFEU, the CMA must have regard to any relevant CMA statement of policy.
