# The State Aid (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 63: Defamation


For the purposes of the law relating to defamation, absolute privilege attaches to any advice, guidance, notice, decision, recommendation or report made by the CMA in the exercise of any of its functions under these Regulations.
