Paragraph 13 Climate Change Agreements (Administration) Regulations 2012

The Climate Change Agreements (Administration) Regulations 2012f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 17(1)—
(a)
for “incompatible with the internal market within the meaning of”, substitute “prohibited by”;
(b)
after “Union”, insert “, as that Article has effect in domestic law by virtue of section 4 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and regulation 3(1) and (2) of the State Aid (EU Exit) Regulations 2019”.
