# The State Aid (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 24: Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977


(1) The Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 31D(8)(b), for “an EU obligation”, substitute “a retained EU obligation”.
