Paragraph 16 Article 14 (Regional investment aid)

In Article 14—

(a)

in paragraph 1, for “compatible with the internal market within the meaning of”, substitute “deemed to be approved under”;

(b)

in paragraph 12, for “regional aid map which is in force at the time the aid is granted”, substitute “approved regional aid map”;

(c)

in paragraph 14, omit from “In the outermost regions” to the end.
