In Article 31—

(a)

in paragraph 1, for “compatible with the internal market within the meaning of”, substitute “deemed to be approved under”;

(b)

in paragraph 5(b), after “Union registers”, insert “, registers in the territories covered by the EEA Agreement or United Kingdom registers”.
