In Article 42—

(a)

in paragraph 1, for “compatible with the internal market within the meaning of”, substitute “deemed to be approved under”;

(b)

in paragraph 3—

(i)

for “Member States”, substitute “Aid grantors”;

(ii)

for “the Commission according to the modalities in described in Article 11(a)”, substitute “the CMA”.
