# The State Aid (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 55: Article 53 (Aid for culture and heritage conservation)


In Article 53—
(a) in paragraph 1, for “compatible with the internal market within the meaning of”, substitute “deemed to be approved under”;
(b) in paragraph 2(b), omit “of a Member State”.
