# The State Aid (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Paragraph 63: Article 59


In Article 59—
(a) omit “It shall apply until 31 December 2020.”;
(b) omit “This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.”.
