Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and duration

These Regulations may be cited as the State Pension Credit Pilot Scheme Regulations 2010.

(2)

These Regulations shall come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

(3)

These Regulations shall cease to have effect after they have been in force for 12 months.
