# The State Pension Regulations 2015, Regulation 10: Percentage for the weekly rate of increases resulting from deferral of state pension


For the purposes of section 17(4) of the 2014 Act (effect of pensioner postponing or suspending state pension), the specified percentage is one-ninth of 1%.
