  "heading": "Cancelling a suspension of a state pension",
  "text": "(1) Where a person has opted to suspend their entitlement to a state pension under Part 1 of the 2014 Act, the person may cancel the exercise of that option in relation to the whole of, or part of, a past period referred to in paragraph (3).\n(2) The person cancels the suspension by making a claim for their state pension whilst their state pension is suspended.\n(3) The past period mentioned in paragraph (1) is any period of up to 12 months before the date on which the person cancels the suspension.",
