# The Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 45: Amendment of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014


In Schedule 5 (eligibility and regulation of local auditors), in paragraph 1(3)(b), after “the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2016” insert “and the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018”.
