# The Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2016, Paragraph 23


(1) Section 513 (rights of auditor who has been removed from office) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1), after the words “under section 510” insert “or by order of the court under section 511A”.
