# The Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2016, Paragraph 24


(1) Section 514 (failure to re-appoint auditor: special procedure required for written resolution)is amended as follows.
(2) In subsections (1) and (2A)(b) after the words “section 510”, insert “, 511A”.
