# The Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2016, Paragraph 25


(1) Section 515 (failure to re-appoint auditor: special notice required for resolution at general meeting) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsections (1), (1A) and (2A)(b), after “section 510” insert “, 511A”.
