Paragraph 29

Section 1217 (supervisory bodies)^f1 is amended as follows.

In subsection (1A), for the words from “paragraphs 9(3)(b)” to “other officer)” substitute “paragraphs 9(1A) and 10C(3) (bar on appointment as director or other officer) and paragraph 9(3)(b) (confidentiality of information)”.

In subsection (3), after “which the body” insert, “or the competent authority”.
