# The Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2016, Paragraph 36


(1) Section 1229 (supervision of Auditors General by the Independent Supervisor) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2)(b), for “bodies” substitute “recognised supervisory bodies”.
(3) In subsection (3A), for “paragraphs 9 to 10A and 12 to 15” substitute “paragraphs 9 to 10C and 12 to 16”.
