# The Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2016, Paragraph 37


(1) Section 1239 (register of auditors) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (5), omit paragraph (e) and after paragraph (f) insert—
“(g) the competent authority”.
