# The Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2016, Paragraph 50


(1) Section 1254 (directions to comply with international obligations) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1)(a), after “the Independent Supervisor” insert “, the competent authority”.
(3) In subsection (3), after “the Independent Supervisor” insert “, the competent authority”.
