# The Statutory Neonatal Care Pay (General) Regulations 2025, Regulation 28: Payment of statutory neonatal care pay


Payments of statutory neonatal care pay may be made in a like manner to payments of remuneration but must not include payment in kind or by way of provision of board or lodgings.
