# The Statutory Shared Parental Pay (General) Regulations 2014, Regulation 43: Payment of statutory shared parental pay


Payments of statutory shared parental pay may be made in like manner to payments of remuneration but shall not include payment in kind or by way of the provision of board and lodgings.
