  "text": "In regulation 23 (when statutory shared parental pay (adoption) is not to be paid) of the Pay Regulations as they apply to an intended parent or a parental order parent, paragraph (1) shall read—\n“Statutory shared parental pay (adoption) is not payable after the day before the date of C’s first birthday (or, where more than one child is born of the same pregnancy, the birthday of the first child so born).”.",
