# The Statutory Shared Parental Pay (Parental Order Cases) Regulations 2014, Regulation 12


In regulation 24 (work during period of payment of statutory shared parental pay) of the Pay Regulations as they apply to an intended parent or a parental order parent, paragraph (1)(a)(ii) shall read as if the words “the expected week of placement for adoption” read “the expected week of birth”.
