# The Statutory Shared Parental Pay (Parental Order Cases) Regulations 2014, Regulation 13


In regulation 29 (conditions relating to employment and earnings of a claimant’s partner) of the Pay Regulations as they apply to an intended parent or a parental order parent, in paragraph (5), the definition of “calculation week” shall read—
““calculation week” means the expected week of birth of C;”.
