Regulation 3 Application of the Pay Regulations to an intended parent or a parental order parent
The provisions of the Pay Regulations in so far as they apply to statutory shared parental pay (adoption) shall apply to an intended parentf1 or a parental order parent with the modifications set out in Part 2 of these Regulations.
