# The Stockton-on-Tees (Electoral Changes) Order 2023, Article 2: Revocation and saving provision


(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the Stockton-on-Tees (Electoral Changes) Order 2022 (“the 2022 Order”) is revoked.
(2) Notwithstanding the revocation in paragraph (1), any person elected as a councillor for any ward or parish ward further to provision made in the 2022 Order is to remain in post as a councillor as if the 2022 Order were still in force.
