  "text": "(1) In Article 32 of the 1995 Order (powers of street authority in relation to reinstatement)—\n(a) in paragraph (3), for “of not less than 7 working days” there is substituted “, not being less than such period as may be prescribed,”; and\n(b) after paragraph (3) there is inserted—\n“(3A) Cases may be prescribed under paragraph (3) in which no minimum period applies.”.\n(2) In Article 49 of the 1995 Order (provisions as to reinstatement of sewers, etc.)—\n(a) in paragraph (2), for “of not less than 7 working days” there is substituted “, not being less than such period as may be prescribed,”; and\n(b) after paragraph (2) there is inserted—\n“(2A) Cases may be prescribed under paragraph (2) in which no minimum period applies.”.",
