# The Street Works (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2007, Article 26: Inquiries


In the 1995 Order after Article 55 there is inserted—
“Inquiries
55A The Department may cause an inquiry to be held in relation to the exercise of any of its functions under this Order.”.
