  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“the 2004 Act” means the Higher Education Act 2004;\n“academic year” has the meaning given in regulation 2(6) of the Education (Student Support) (No.2) Regulations 2002 ;\n“overseas institution” means an institution other than one in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man;\n“sandwich course” has the meaning given in regulation 5(2) of the Education (Student Support) (No.2) Regulations 2002.",
