  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 68(2) of the Offensive Weapons Act 2019, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nCompensation\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 49(2), (7) and (11), 58(3), (4) and (8), 59(3), (4) and (9), 60(1), (3), (6) and (7) and 68(8) of the Offensive Weapons Act 2019.\nIn accordance with section 68(2) of the Offensive Weapons Act 2019 a draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.",
