  "text": "(1) The existing wards of the parish of Horley are abolished.\n(2) The parish is divided into six wards named respectively—\n(a) Horley North;\n(b) Horley North Central;\n(c) Horley North East;\n(d) Horley North West;\n(e) Horley South Central;\n(f) Horley South East.\n(3) Each ward comprises the area designated on the map by reference to the name of the ward.\n(4) Four councillors are to be elected for each of the following wards:\n(a) Horley North;\n(b) Horley North West;\n(c) Horley South Central.\n(5) Two councillors are to be elected for each of the following wards:\n(a) Horley North Central;\n(b) Horley North East;\n(c) Horley South East.",
