# The Takeovers (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 13: Amendments to the Companies Act 2006


In section 980(3), for the words from “that give effect” to the end substitute “made in accordance with paragraph 13 or 14 of Schedule 1C”.
