# The Tax Credits (Late Appeals) Order 2014, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Tax Credits (Late Appeals) Order 2014 and comes into force on the day after it is made.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland only.
