# The Taxis (Northern Ireland) Order 2007, Article 48: Offences by corporations


Section 20(2) and (3) of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 (c. 33) (offences by corporations) shall apply to this Order as if the requirement for consent in subsection (3) were omitted.
