  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“the 1993 Act” means the Pension Schemes Act 1993;\n“the 2013 Act” means the Public Service Pensions Act 2013;\n“the new scheme” means the scheme established by regulation 2 of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme Regulations 2014; and\n“the old scheme” means the scheme constituted by regulations made under section 9 of the Superannuation Act 1972.",
