  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Tees Valley Combined Authority (Functions) Order 2017.\n(2) Save as provided in paragraph (3) this Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.\n(3) Article 5(1) comes into force on 8th May 2017.",
