# The Tees Valley Combined Authority Order 2016, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Tees Valley Combined Authority Order 2016 and comes into force on either—
(a) 1st April 2016; or
(b) if the Order is made on or after 1st April 2016, on the day after the day on which the Order is made.
