  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 191(5) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nHousing\nMade 2019\nComing into force 11th November 2019\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 121(1) and 191(2) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 191(5) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
