Article 2 Card and information

A person to whom paragraph 16 of Schedule 7 to the Terrorism Act 2000 applies shall, if required to do so by an examining officer, complete and produce to the officer a card containing such information in such form as is specified

(a)

in the case of a person who disembarks from a ship or aircraft, in Part I of the Schedule to this Order or,

(b)

in the case of a person who embarks on a ship or aircraft, in Part II of the Schedule.
