Whereas a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament:

Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by paragraph 16(1) of Schedule 7 to the Terrorism Act 2000^f1, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:
