# Terrorism Act 2000 (Code of Practice for Examining Officers) Order 2001, Article 2: Code of practice


The code of practice in connection with the exercise of functions conferred on examining officers (within the meaning of Schedule 7 to the Act) by virtue of the Act, which was laid before Parliament in draft on 15th January 2001, shall come into operation on 19th February 2001.
