# Terrorism Act 2000 (Code of Practice on Audio Recording of Interviews) Order 2001, Article 2: Code of practice


The code of practice in connection with the audio recording of any interview by a constable of a person detained under Schedule 7 to or section 41 of the 2000 Act if the interview takes place in a police station (within the meaning of paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 8 to the 2000 Act), which was laid before Parliament in draft on 14th December 2000, shall come into operation on 19th February 2001.
