Article 2
(1)
Subject to paragraph (2), the provisions of Part VII of the Terrorism Act 2000 which are in force on 18th February 2004f1 shall continue in force for the period beginning with 19th February 2004 and ending with 18th February 2005.
(2)
Section 97(3) of the Terrorism Act 2000 shall cease to have effect.
